Starwatch Consumer: Watching global warming (The Kansas City Star)

Google Inc . users can watch how global warming will affect their corner of the planet on a new Web site that combines data from British scientists with the Internet company’s Google Earth programs. The site will show the loss of Antarctic ice shelves over the past 50 years on animated maps. Web surfers also can view projected rises in temperature for different parts of the world.
