Tough talks start on halting global warming (Deutsche Welle)

Negotiators from more than 160 countries got to work in Bangkok on Monday to draft a battle plan against global warming. In a video-taped address UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon warned the negotiations could create the most complicated treaty in history.
